The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature (either part of the above conditions) costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost put to tender should have been executed with some Central/ State Government Organisation/ Central Autonomous Body/ Central/ State Public Sector undertaking/Nigam. The remaining work experience should satisfy the requirements of the above conditions with works successfully executed for reputed private organisations. The bidder should have experience of execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at simple rate. It is also mentioned that the bidder must have completed works with a contract value of at least Rs. 10 Cr. The bidder must have completed at least 50% of the similar works.
