The bidder should have prior work experience in executing similar type of works during the last 10 years. The required experience can be demonstrated by completing: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid, - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid, - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of a similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of work shall be the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client, and can be escalated by 7% per annum at a simple rate to bring it to the current cost level. The bidder should submit a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years, along with supporting documents such as performance certificates. The evaluation criteria assign 20 marks for experience in similar class of works, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, with pro-rata basis for in-between values.
