The subject of the Order is the Update of the Functional-Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as Pfu) for the Investment Expansion of the streets of Decembrists, Okulickiego and Nowobialska together with the construction of a new tram line to the Parkitka district - prepared for obtaining a permit for the implementation of a road investment. Scope of the Order: 1) As part of the Order, traffic forecasts should be made for the purposes of obtaining a decision on environmental conditions for the implementation of the investment. Conditions for Carrying out Road Traffic Volume Measurements: - Traffic volume measurements should be carried out in accordance with the Wr-d-12 Road Traffic Measurement Guidelines recommended by the Minister of Infrastructure on December 2, 2022 (ddp-4.0600.24.2022). - Measurements should include measurement points located along the entire route of the planned route of the tram line, in characteristic sections of the main street and at all intersections. - Measurements should be made in characteristic periods of the day, at least for the morning peak period, the afternoon peak period and the peak-to-peak period, taking into account the generic structure and the traffic direction structure. Suggested Hours for Measurements: 6.00-18.00. - Measurements should be made in the month with the highest annual loads. Suggested Months: May or September. 2) As part of the Order, an update of the Pfu Site Plan developed by Sweco Consulting Sp. z o. o. Ul. Johna Baildona 64a , 40-115 Katowice in all areas included in the study of March 2019, i.e.: - Update of the land occupation, List of plots in terms of ownership, No. I of the geodetic division along with their list, - Analysis of the current conditions for the implementation of the investment, Utilities of the area, greenery, pavements, bicycle paths, - Update of the Technical Conditions Obtained for the Implementation of Investments from Tauron, Fortum, - Update of the Records with regard to the applicable provisions of law relating to the commissioned scope of works; - Matching Design Solutions Within the Bus and Tram Loop at ul. Bialska and within the intersection of ul. Nowobialska and ul. Wrocławska with a newly designed ul. Westerplatte In Adopted Design Solutions of the Investment Construction Obrońców Westerplatte from the intersection with ul. Szajnowicz Iwanow to ul. Wrocławska in Częstochowa; - Estimated Investment Implementation Costs. 3) Additional Conditions - Obligations of the Contractor include: - Before commencing design works, familiarize oneself with the Documents in possession of the Employer. - At each stage of the task implementation, consultations with the Employer regarding important elements affecting the costs and architecture of the facility. - Preparation and obtaining all necessary formal and legal documents and relevant arrangements enabling the execution of documentation. - Obtaining current geodetic bases necessary for the development of documentation - Obtaining technical conditions and all arrangements in order to make the necessary connections of the facility to the technical infrastructure. - Other Works Necessary to Perform the Order. A detailed description of the implementation of the subject of the Order is contained in the Contract Template, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Order.
