The Contract Shall Include The Following Mandatory Waste Streams: - General Waste, Recyclates & Recoverables - Mandatory - Confidential Waste - Mandatory Tenderers Are Also Encouraged To Submit Proposals For The Following “optional” Waste Streams: - Chemical Substances & Materials - Clinical & Biological Materials - Weee (waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment) & Associated Materials - Innovative Food Waste - Innovative Redundant It & Electronics Solutions Waste Streams Marked As “optional” Will Only Be Included In The Contract If: - The Contractor Has Included A Proposed Solution For Any Of The “optional“ Waste Streams In Their Tender Submission - The Proposal Is Acceptable To Uws And Offers Value For Money. Contractors Are Encouraged To Sub-contract With Sme’s, Third Sector Companies And Local Companies To Submit Proposal For “optional” Waste Streams.
