The Sport Centre Has A 25 X 12 Metre Pool, Currently Running Off Two Large Filters That Are Located In The Lower Plant Room, Classified As A Medium Risk Confined Space. There Is Also A Sap Pool Running Off One Filter That Is Located In The Upper-level Plant Room. The Requirements Are The Removal, Supply And Fit Of New Medium Rate Nozzle Plate Filters For The Main Pool And A New High-rate Nozzle Plate Filter For The Spa Pool. The Filters Should Be Piped Up To Existing Pumps And All Valves And Associated Pipework Will Need To Be Replaced. The Works Are Required To Be Done With A Short Turnaround, To Be Completed By 31st July 2024, With Little To No Disruption. The Lab Must Support Traditional Academic Seminar And Workshop Teaching Activities As Well As Gaming Activities Using Individual Pcs And Game Consoles. The Design And Layout Of The Room Should Be Flexible Enough To Allow Reconfiguration As An Esports Arena , Requiring Space And Facilities For Competing Teams, Small Audiences And Broadcasting Facilities.
