1. The subject of the Order is to supplement the damp proof insulation of the foundation walls in accordance with the Design and the Bill of Quantities. In addition, removing the external vertical insulation of the basement walls with the replacement of walkways and approaches to the rainwater drainage system. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Appendix No. 7 to the Specification of the Terms of Order. 3. Due to the fact that the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the Offer will be of a lump sum nature, the Contractor when valuing the Offer should be based on the scope indicated in the Design Documentation and Stwiorb. The Bill of Quantities is auxiliary. Occurrence during the performance of the contract of works not included in the Bill of Quantities or works in a larger quantity in relation to the accepted in the Bill of Quantities will not entitle the Contractor to demand additional remuneration - if these works were included in the Design Documentation or Stwiorb.
