Purpose: Developing A Home-user Diagnostics Kit Based On Lateral Flow, Enzyme Assays Or Similar Technology Based On Existing Protocols. The Project Involves Several Steps: Proof Of Concept: Establish Suitable Assay Layouts, Reagents And Chemical Reactions Based On Existing But Not Optimised Protocols. Configuration Of Simple Tests To Show Utility And Initial Investigation Into Potential Designs.
