The eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar category products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a specified number of financial years before the bid opening date. 2. The bidder should have a Dedicated/toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support. 6. The bidder should provide an Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support. 7. The bidder should have a well-established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in India for attending the after-sales service. 8. Years of Past Experience Required for same/similar service: 3 Years The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: 1. 30% of the bid quantity for past performance 2. 30 days for establishing a functional service center 3. 25% of the contracted quantity for increasing the ordered quantity during the currency of the contract 4. 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract 5. 180 days for Bid Offer Validity from the End Date The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 3. Generic Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid 4. Manufacturer Authorization (wherever applicable) 5. Undertaking to establish a functional service center in the state of each consignee's location (if not already existing) within 30 days of award of contract. Note: Indian certifications or equivalent standards are preferred.
