The subject of the procedure is the procurement of a microcentrifuge. The device must meet the following specifications/parameters: - A table centrifuge with a cooling function is required (temperature range at least -5 to +38 °C) for the treatment of temperature-sensitive samples (proteins, enzymes, nucleotides) - A large speed range of up to at least 10,000 rpm or at least 15,000 g is required for use for different purposes (concentration of proteins, separation of precipitated proteins, separation of insoluble products/substrates). - The capacity should be at least 20 x 1.5 / 2 ml so that many samples can be centrifuged simultaneously, e.g. after biocatalysis. - A running time of at least 1 to 60 minutes should be adjustable in order to be able to maintain the most precise centrifugation steps possible.
