Within the project term, the evaluators must deliver the following deliverables (in English): - Detailed evaluation plan, no later than two months after the start of the assignment, based on a document review of the internal documentation submitted by the coordinator. - Written advice on, among other things, project management, quality assurance, evaluation, and monitoring of the project and its objectives, with a particular focus on the Quality Assurance Plan and its effectiveness. - Interim evaluation report (deadline: June 13, 2025), assessing the quality of the project, including specific recommendations based on a thorough analysis of the process's weaknesses, strengths, obstacles, and opportunities, as well as an assessment of the project activities. - Final evaluation report (deadline: July 31, 2025), assessing the project's efficiency, effectiveness, relevance, sustainability, and impact. During the interviews, the external reviewers will contact the beneficiaries (students, staff, researchers/teachers). They may be asked from time to time to participate in online working group meetings and learning activities. The external reviewers will be asked to attend at least two Steering Committee meetings (one online and one in person), particularly to present evaluation reports.

The subject of the procedure is the procurement of a Parylene-c CVD system. Preferably the SCS Model 2010/Labcoter 3 Parylene Deposition System, from the manufacturer Specialty Coating Systems Ltd, or equivalent. The Parylene-c CVD system is required for the construction of a clean room for the research and production of bioelectric materials and devices. A list of references with at least two details must be submitted with the price sheet. In addition, a detailed process and device data sheet must be enclosed with the offer, with at least the following details: - Description of the process parameters for the production of Parylene-c layers with the specifications/parameters required above - Experimental data, such as microscopy images, measurements of dielectric strength and profilometer measurements of the layer thickness
