The subject of the procedure is the procurement of a flow measuring cell for NMR spectroscopic measurements in 5 mm sample heads including accessories for sample transport in and out of the measuring cell and for temperature control. The flow measuring cell is required to observe chemical reactions in real time using NMR spectroscopy, whereby the reactions take place outside the NMR magnet and the reaction solution is then pumped through the measuring cell in the magnet. The transfer of the reaction solution and the NMR measurement must be able to be synchronized in time. The flow measuring cell is intended to be used to carry out very precise and reproducible kinetic studies, which are essential for the processing of several projects within the SFB 1636. In the medium term, the flow measuring cell is also to be used in other research projects. The device shall meet the following specifications/parameters: - NMR flow cell shall be suitable for NMR magnets with an inner diameter of 54 mm; - Flow cell shall be suitable for 5 mm sample heads; - Flow cell shall be easily replaceable by users; - Active measurement volume shall be at least 200 μl; - NMR flow cell shall be connected to a pump outside the NMR magnet via a transfer line. The pump and transfer line shall be part of the offer; - Transfer line shall be temperature controlled (at least in the range -20 °C to 120 °C) and at least 4 m long; - NMR flow cell, pump and transfer line shall be suitable for operation at a pressure of up to 10 bar; - Pump shall allow a flow rate of 0.001 to 10 ml/min and have a low pulsation of the flow rate; - The pump must have an emergency shutdown in case of blockages or leaks; - There must be an interface for connection to a reaction vessel (flask); - The pump and the transfer line must be suitable for common chemicals and solvents (up to 10% HCl, 10% NaOH, DMSO, chloroform, dichloromethane, alcohols, etc.); - The software for data acquisition and analysis must be supplied together with the flow cell; - The flow cell and the software must be compatible with the existing equipment: Bruker 600 MHz Avance III console, 500 MHz Neo console, Bruker Topspin 3.7 and Topspin 4.4.
