The U.s. Embassy Bern Is Looking For A Swiss Licensed Elevator Contractor To Maintain Four (4) Existing Schindler Elevators In Safe, Reliable And Efficient Operating Condition. The Contractor Shall Provide All Necessary Managerial, Administrative And Direct Labor Personnel, And All Necessary Transportation, Equipment, Tools, Repair Parts, Supplies, And Materials Required To Perform Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, And Component Replacement As Required To Maintain The Elevators In Accordance With Schindler’s Specifications. The Services Of A Trained Elevator Mechanic Will Be Required Monthly To Check And Repair Equipment Operation And Perform Scheduled And Preventive Maintenance. Additional Requirements Include: 24 Hours/day, 7 Days/week Emergency Response Service appropriate, Same Day, Service In Response To Elevator Malfunction Trouble Calls after-hours Emergency Minor Adjustment Callback Service the Contract Will Be For One Base Year With Three Option Years.
