Details: The purpose of the Public Contract is to achieve the optimization of energy management in the thermal network of the Liberec Road System and the implementation of rationalization measures that will lead to significant energy savings, by performing the conversion of the connection of the steam pipeline system of the Statutory City of Liberec within the framework of the Greennet II Project. The goal is to solve the reduction of heat losses arising from the transport of thermal energy in the affected part of the revitalized heat supply system. The subject of the performance of the Public Contract (work) is the conclusion of a contract for the work, implemented on the basis of the documentation for the execution of the construction, which was prepared by the company Sitez, S.r.o., registered office Novoveská 3370, 415 01 Teplice, Ičo 28662814, Contract No. 22-034 Consisting of the reconstruction of one branch Steam water network in Liberec for hot water. Namely, it concerns the Revitalization Project of Czt Liberec – Greennet Ii. The subject of the work is the change of the heat-carrying medium of the Czt system system from water vapor to hot and/or warm water. The routing of new hot pipes will preferably be on the existing routes of the steam pipes, except for the parts that are routed in the new routes. Part of the work will also include reconstruction of exchanger sides from steam-water to water-water and reconstruction of connections and/or distributions to individual customers, incl. Necessary Modifications of Heat Transfer Points, and Further Then Ensuring the Complete Continuity of the New Equipment to the Part of the System and the Equipment of the Heating Plant, Especially Then Ensuring the Connection and Ensuring Compatibility with Part I of the Green Net II Project of the Part of the Part of the City of Liberec's Part of the Part of the System, Implemented in 2024 by AS Tepelnými Sources Used by the Client and the Thermal Source of the Liberec Regional Hospital, Which Also Partially Changes the Media From Steam to Hot Water.

Details: The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts.
