Details: Consulting Service For The Preparation Of The Final Technical File For The Expansion Of The Urban Mobility Service On The Extension Of The Paseo De La República Expressway, Section Of Av. República De Panamá - Panamericana Sur & Consulting Service For The Preparation Of The Final Technical File "Expansion Of The Urban Mobility Service On The Extension Of The Paseo De La República Expressway, Section Of Av. República De Panamá - Panamericana Sur In The Districts Of Barranco, Santiago De Surco And The District Of San Juan De Miraflores In The Province Of Lima In The Department Of Lima" The Technical File For The Project To Extend The Axis Of The Current Luis Fernán Bedoya Reyes Expressway (Via Expresa - VE) Will Be Developed Through The Construction Of This Project. The Project, Roughly Speaking, Has An Approximate Extension Of 6.6 Km And A Total Road Section Width Of 72 M, In Much Of Its Route. This Road Section Will Consist, For Much Of Its Route, Of A Main Road, An Auxiliary Road And An Exclusive Road For The BRT Type Mass Urban Public Transport System. The Main Road Of The Project Will Consist Of At Least Three Lanes Of 3.50 M In Each Direction And A Central Separator Between 15 To 18 M Where The Exclusive Road For The BRT Type Mass Urban Public Transport System Will Be Implemented, For Much Of Its Route. At Both External Ends Of The Main Road, A One-Way Auxiliary Road With Two Lanes Of At Least 3.00 M Will Be Implemented. Sidewalks And Complementary Pedestrian Infrastructure Will Be Included Along The Auxiliary Roads. Finally, The Consultant Must Evaluate The Feasibility Of Implementing Bike Paths. In addition, the consultant will support with primary information (traffic studies, surveys, projected demand studies, structural studies, soils, among others) the road design of the project, stations (lobby and boarding and disembarking area) of the BRT type mass urban public transport system, pedestrian and cycling infrastructure along the road, among others. It is imperative that the dimensions of all the infrastructures that make up the project are supported based on the projected vehicular and/or pedestrian demand as appropriate. Likewise, the consultant must ensure that traffic on the main road of the project circulates in a fluid manner, that is, with the least amount of interruptions in its path. The Design Proposed By The Consultant Should Also Ensure Direct Interconnection Of The BRT Type Urban Mass Public Transport System At The West And East Ends Of The Project

Detailed Evaluation And Comparison Of Bids 19.1. The Procuring Bac Shall Immediately Conduct A Detailed Evaluation Of All Bids Rated “passed,” Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria. The Bac Shall Consider The Conditions In The Evaluation Of Bids Under Section 32.2 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 19.2. If The Project Allows Partial Bids, Bidders May Submit A Proposal On Any Of The Lots Or Items, And Evaluation Will Be Undertaken On A Per Lot Or Item Basis, As The Case Maybe. In This Case, The Bid Security As Required By Itb Clause 15 Shall Be Submitted For Each Lot Or Item Separately. 19.3. Signing Of The Contract The Documents Required In Section 37.2 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184 Shall Form Part Of The Contract. Additional Contract Documents Are Indicated In The Bds. Section Iii. Bid Data Sheet Itb Clause Absence Of Compliance Or Failure To Comply With Any Of The Following Requirements Or Instructions Shall Be A Ground For The Rejection Of The Bid. 5.3 For This Purpose, Contracts Similar To The Project Shall Be: A. Supply, Delivery And Installation Of Office Partition Walls B. Completed Within 4 Years Prior To The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids. 7 Subcontracting Is Not Allowed. 10.1 • Compliance With The Technical Specifications Must Be Supported By Evidence In A Bidders Bid And Cross-referenced To That Evidence. Evidence Shall Be In The Form Of Manufacturer’s Un-amended Sales Literature, Unconditional Statements Of Specification And Compliance Issued By The Manufacturer, Samples, Notarized Deed Of Undertaking To Comply With The Specific Requirements, Etc., As Appropriate. A Statement That Is Not Supported By Evidence Or Is Subsequently Found To Be Contradicted By The Evidence Presented, Or Is Not Cross-referenced To The Evidence, Shall Render The Bid Under Evaluation Liable For Rejection. • The Omnibus Sworn Statement Shall Be In The Prescribed Form And Shall Be Accompanied By A Secretary’s Certificate Or Special Power Of Attorney, As The Case May Be.
