Details: The municipality of Wandlitz, in cooperation with the district of Barnim, is planning to build a secondary school for the district of Wandlitz at a location along Basdorfer Weg/corner of Prenzlauer Chaussee. The planned area of application with a size of approx. 5 hectares is in the planning-related external area and is shown in the land use plan for the district of Wandlitz as an area for measures to protect, maintain and develop nature and the landscape. The development plan is to be drawn up as a qualified development plan in accordance with Section 2 Ff of the German Building Code in the normal procedure with an environmental report. The land use plan is to be amended in parallel to the development plan in accordance with Section 8 Paragraph 3 of the German Building Code. The project is funded by the State Office for Construction and Transport as part of the 2024 Planning Funding Guideline.
