As Part Of The Overall Efforts To Improve Urban Management And Provision Of Basic Urban Services In Cities And Towns, The Government Of Ghana (gog) Has Designed The Ghana Secondary Cities Support Program (gscsp). The Gscsp Is Ghana Government Initiative Supported By The Ida With A Credit Of Us$100 Million And To Be Implemented Over A Period Of Five Years (2019-2023). The Program Constitutes A Slice Of The Government’s Broader Decentralization Support Program (the Rfg And Its Associated Dpat), Specifically Focusing On 35 Mas That Manage Urban Development In Secondary Cities. The Main Objective Of The Program Is To Improve Urban Management And Basic Urban Services In Participating Municipal Assemblies.
