The Contract Shall Ensure Good Need Coverage, Low Prices, Reduced Transaction Costs For The Contracting Authority And Supplier, Better Contract Loyalty, Mutual Agreement Follow-up With A Focus On Continual Improvement, Reduced Environmental Impact And Compliance With Rules. The Contract Has A Framework Of Nok 4,000,000 Over 4 Years, Excluding Vat. The Framework Is Based On Historical Data And Is Of An Informative Character. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound To Call-offs For The Total Framework. The Contracting Authority ́s Need Can Vary From Year To Year.
