The subject of the Public Contract is the completion of project documentation according to the technical documentation and the subsequent delivery and installation of photovoltaic systems, including subsequent service, on a total of four objects of the client: Part A - Municipal Office, Nám. Hrdinů 100 Part B - Kindergarten Behind the Town Hall 1823 Part C - Širůch Swimming Pool Part D - Komenského Primary School 1720 The Public Contract Is Awarded in the Form of Requirements for Performance or Function According to § 92 Par. 2 Zzvz, Ie. In the form of Design & Build, which means that the selected supplier will finalize the project documentation and then carry out the delivery of photovoltaic systems and their installation. A detailed and accurate description of the subject of the performance of the public order is given in the Appendices of Art.
