The subject of the Order under the Name: Exercising Investor's Supervision over the implementation of road investments in the Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune - Divided into Tasks Includes: Task No. 1 Reconstruction of the Commune Road Section Ul. A detailed description of the subject of the Order includes - Appendix No. 9a to the Swz - Draft Provisions of the Agreement (for Individual Tasks), which are an integral part of the Specification of the Terms and Conditions of the Order. Evidence in question: The Employer does not require the submission of the evidence in question in the Proceedings. The Ordering Party will not call for their submission/supplementation. Equivalent Solutions. If, in the description of the subject of the Order, the Ordering Party has indicated Trademarks, Manufacturers, Suppliers, Approvals, Standards, Patents or Material Origins, Sources or a specific process that characterizes the Products or Services provided by a particular Contractor, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that the Not the same minimum technical, qualitative and functional parameters, etc. The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Employer. In such a case, the Contractor shall attach to the Tender a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or standards. In the event that the description of the subject of the contract includes references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 Para. 1 Item 2) and Para. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer allows Equivalent Solutions. Requirements for the employment by the contractor or subcontractor of persons on the basis of an employment relationship Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law. The Employer does not provide for the requirement to employ people under an employment contract. Pursuant to Art. 95 Section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that there are no activities in the scope of order execution, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Acts of 2022, item 1510, as amended).
