Building Modifications and Extension of the Communication Core of the Former Rousínov-Čechyně School Building

The subject of the Public Contract is the implementation of the work within the framework of the project entitled: "fire station in Rousínov" located in the extension of the fire station in Rousínov. The building consists of two existing buildings marked AA B. These are two separate houses with two floors and a partial basement, without the use of an attic with a gable roof. These Existing Buildings Will Be Adapted to the New Use of the Facilities of the Fire Station-b, City Police Department. Both Buildings Will Be Retained With The Existing Roofs And The Roofing Will Be Unified With The New Extension. Interior Partition Walls will be modified. Interventions Will Represent The Construction Of A New Internal Staircase In Part Of The Fire Armory, New Internal Partition Walls, Creation Of New Internal Door Openings And Possible Expansion Or Change Of Window Openings. A garage for fire engines will be added on the west side. The outbuildings will not have basements

The subject of the performance of the public contract is construction work consisting in the extension of the existing road on the street near Náhonu (i. Stage According to Pd) and the subsequent reconstruction of existing sidewalks along the entire length of the road (ii. Stage According to Pd)
