Public Contract - Revitalization of the "stará Točna" Park (at Křižovatka Street Ústecká X Road I/13) - Construction Work

The subject of this public order is construction work consisting in the repair of the chapel located in K.ú. Czech Újezd. This is an existing sacral building and its repair will be carried out to the extent necessary. Drainage of the foundations of the building will be carried out by excavation along the perimeter of the building - by the implementation of Nopa foil and backfilling of the excavation and the implementation of a sloped gutter walkway. The existing roofing will be dismantled, the roof will be inspected and any degraded elements of the roof will be replaced. The entire roof will be newly treated with paints. Windows And Doors Will Be Refurbished. No Exemptions From Technical Building Requirements Were Issued For Construction.
