The subject of the public order is construction work consisting in the reconstruction of the building of the health center located in the city of Chlumec, it is a building whose purpose is to provide new spaces for the health care facility, and thus in particular new doctor's offices and pharmacies together with the additional function of housing (one housing unit). The building will have an existing traffic connection from Pod Horkou Street. This Street Will Be Used to Supply the Building, Especially the Pharmacy. The construction will be connected to the nearby engineering network - specifically to the water supply, unified sewerage, gas, high-current and low-current distributions. The construction will use the existing connections with their possible modification. Individual connections to the technical infrastructure are further addressed in detail in separate parts of the documentation. According to the requirements of Decree No. 398/2009 Coll. Barrier-free access is required to the building, which will be addressed from Krušnohorská Street. The Building And The Land Are Located In The Historic Zone.
