The subject of the Public Contract is the procurement of equipment for the processing of biodegradable waste and sewage sludge from municipal cesspools - the Žeravice composting plant. Specifically, it is the subject of the Public Contract, respectively of their individual parts, the following: Part I.: Digger With Drive Unit - 1 Pc Digger (side digger aggregated behind the tractor) - 1 Pc Drive Unit - Tractor Part Ii.: Sieve - 1 Pc – Sieve ( mobile Drum Sorter) Subject of Public Procurement Must Be New, Unused And Fully Functional. Information About the Division of the Public Contract Into Parts The Contracting Authority Decided Pursuant to § 35 and § 101 of the Act on the Division of the Public Contract into 2 Parts. The Contractor Has the Right to Submit a Bid for One or More Parts of the Public Contract. Bids will always be submitted for each individual part separately, i.e. A separate offer will be submitted for each part according to the conditions further specified in this tender documentation. Bids will always be submitted for each individual part separately, even if the same supplier submits bids for several parts. The individual parts of this public contract are marked and kept under the following names: Part I.: Excavator with a drive unit Part Ii.: Sieve The contracting authority also emphasizes its requirement to conclude a contract for individual parts separately, the possibility of concluding one contract for several parts is not allowed. This also applies in the event that it is concluded with one and the same supplier. Therefore, if the same supplier is selected for several parts, a separate contract will be concluded for each part.
