Space Specifications A Property With The Following Technical Specifications Taking Into Consideration The Rating Factors Under Appendix A Of Gppb Resolution No. 8-2009, Implementing Guidelines For Lease Of Privately-owned Real Estate: A. Location And Site Condition 1. Location. Location Must Be Within Cebu City Or Talisay City, Cebu. 2. Accessibility.
