The Determination To Select Mirandola Research, Llc For The Services Is Based On Logical Follow-on Of The Phase One Project Of The Historical Study. The Existing Historical Survey Was Already Accomplished By The Contractor Has Been Accomplished. The Contractor Has Been The Sole Author For The First Full Draft Of The Report And Has The Expertise And Understanding Of The Projects Evolution To Complete This Project. Additionally, The Contractor Has Attended All The Listening Sessions Which They Presented The Initial Draft And Answered Questions Related To The Report. The Next Phase Of The Report Will Require Continued Research And Revisions On The Initial Drafted Report Which Is A Logical Follow-on Of Existing Work Already Accomplished. Additionally, It Is In The Best Interest Of The Government To Stay With The Original Contractor For The Follow-on Project To Decrease Potential Costs On The Overall Project By Saving On Unnecessary Manpower For Re-accomplishing Research That Was Already Accomplished For The Study.
