Consumer Product Safety Commission (cpsc) Intends To Solvent Evaporator System For Our National Product Testing And Evaluation Center (nptec). The Cpsc Has Jurisdiction Over A Massive Array Of Consumer Products, Which Needs A Similarly Wide Variety Of Scientific And Mechanical Equipment And Procedures During Product Safety Testing. This Equipment Often Requires Specialty Or Compressed Gases For Proper Operation. The Cpsc Requires A Supplier Capable Of Providing And Maintaining Our Supply Of Gases Throughout The Year To Ensure Uninterrupted Product Safety Testing. This Requirement Must Be Provided On A Firm-fixed Price Basis. the Provision At 52.212-1, Instructions To Offerors-commercial Items (mar 2023), Applies To This Acquisition. In Addition To The Requirements Of Far 52.212-1, The Quote Must Prominently Display The Offeror's Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code And Unique Entity Identification Number, As Well As Contact Information For The Offeror's Point Of Contact For The Quote.
