Introduction and implementation of

At the Potsdam sports and leisure pool, morbid plaster areas of the edging/parapet walls (forecourt, entrance) and other external wall areas (underground car park entrance area, Leipziger Str.) are to be renewed. To do this, hollow plaster areas are to be removed in parts, corroded plaster rails are to be removed, existing plaster areas are to be cleaned using a steam jet process, false/movement joints are to be created, hollow parapet covers made of cast stone are to be re-laid, leveling plaster and a finishing plaster as a fine scratch plaster are to be re-applied. The edging and parapet walls are made of reinforced concrete, other external wall areas also have a thermal insulation composite system. The work is to be carried out in 2 construction phases. 1. Ba: forecourt + entrance area 2. Ba: underground car park entrance area, Leipziger Str. + bistro terrace There are no plans for a time interruption between the construction phases.
