Framework agreement on planning services for the renovation of residential complexes in the city of Vienna - Wiener Wohnen - The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement (Section 31, Paragraph 7 of the Bvergg 2018). Contracts for the renovation of residential complexes in the city of Vienna - Wiener Wohnen should be awarded on the basis of this framework agreement. These contracts should essentially cover the following planning services: preliminary design; design; submission; approval procedure; tender and implementation planning.
