Infrastructure measures at Erkner station, Lot 2, Lot 3

1st construction phase, Lot 04 - Windows, doors, gates The aging vehicle hall in the Erkner city building yard is to be expanded and renovated in two construction phases. The expansion allows for larger garages adapted to the current conditions of the building yard, the division of one to two workshops, modern sanitary facilities and an adaptation to today's energy standard with complete insulation of the floor, walls and roof, an air heat pump, a photovoltaic system and the renewal of the entire electrical system. The list of services for this tender includes three sectional doors, an external escape door and 2 windows of the extension building in construction phase I. The extension building has been rebuilt in sand-lime brickwork in the last few months.
