The Purchaser Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified And Experienced Proponents For The Removal Of Existing Flooring And The Supply And Installation Of New Flooring For The Alumni Skyline Ballroom (q2028), The East Elevator Lobby (q2217), The Pre-function Lobby (q2202), And The Washroom Corridor (q2204) At The St. Clair College Centre For The Arts, Located At 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, Ontario, N9a 6s4. The Space Is Available To Commence Work Beginning On January 2, 2025. The New Flooring Must Be Installed, All Work Must Be Completed, And The Space Must Be Clean And Ready To Use, By No Later Than January 22, 2025.
