The bidder should have experience in successfully completing similar works with the following criteria: - At least three similar works of at least 40 percent of the value - Two similar works of at least 50 percent of the value - One similar work of at least 80 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works should be interior/furniture work for public/institutional buildings, specifically government or semi-government buildings, and should have been executed by the applicant as a prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years, of the estimated value of the contract/contracts applied for. The bidder is also required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, with specific requirements based on the cost of the work to be executed, including the number of graduate and diploma Civil Engineers required. The bidder must provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions completed in the last five years, including project details and a certificate from the engineer-in-charge for the completed works.
