The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing specific similar works within the last 07 years. The similar works can be one of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The definition of similar work includes Over Head Equipment (OHE) / Power Supply Installation (PSI) / Auxiliary Transformer (AT) work on 25 KV AC Railway Traction for new line electrification or addition and alteration involving Supply, Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of any Railway System in India. Additionally, the tenderer should have sufficient experience in execution of Over Head Equipment (OHE)/Power supply installation (PSI) work. The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V, whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.
