We Are Therefore Seeking To Procure A Contract For Healthy Lifestyles Services For The City As Part Of A Comprehensive Programme Of Health And Wellbeing Interventions And Services For People Living And Working In Southend-on-sea. The Aim Of The Contract Is To Deliver The Following: Adult Weight Management Services, Smoking And Vaping Cessation, Making Every Contact Count, Workplace Wellbeing, Outreach And Gp Health Checks, Social Prescribing, Physical Activity Interventions, Falls Prevention.
