The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria. Post-qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Conducted. They May Also Obtain The Results Of The Eligibility Check By The Bac At The Same Address. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In The Following Forms: 1. Bank Certificate/guarantee Of Account In The Amount Of Ten Percent (10%) Of Abc Or Cash Bond In Amount Of Ten Percent (10%) Of Abc ; Or 2. Bidders Bond Which Is Five Percent (5%) Of Abc Callable On Demand And Issued By The Government Service Insurance System (gsis) Or By A Reputable Surety Or Insurance Company And To Be Posted In Favor Of Barangay Sto.
