Description: Announcement for the purposes of voluntary ex-ante transparency - general guideline (services) Upgrade, migration and maintenance for Inspiration 2025-2027 The state of Hesse is currently using the Inspiration software in the Geodata Online process. The process is operated by the Hessian Central Office for Data Processing (HZD) on behalf of the Hessian State Office for Soil Management and Geoinformation (HLBG). To maintain the operational reliability of the Inspiration software currently used in the Geodata Online process beyond December 31, 2024, Inspiration must be upgraded by December 31, 2025 so that current versions of the required standard software (operating systems, databases, shop system, GIS, open source) are supported by Inspiration from January 1, 2026. To support the aforementioned standard software with Inspiration, an upgrade or further migration must be carried out by December 31, 2027 and corresponding upgrades to the standard software must be carried out and corresponding adjustments to the Inspiration source code must be made. This also includes adjustments to the Inspiration source code and the replacement of the shop component, since manufacturer support for the Intershop ICM shop system currently used in Inspiration ends on November 30, 2026. For the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, maintenance services must be provided for the Inspiration software and the standard software required by it (with the exception of the operating systems and the Oracle database software). These maintenance services must be provided by a service provider in order to ensure operational reliability in the Geodata Online process as a whole. For the maintenance service period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, optional maintenance services must also be provided at cost for Inspiration and for the standard software required for Inspiration. These are functional extensions of Inspiration.
