The Ssro Is Seeking To Award A 3 Year Contract For The Provision Of Web-based Access To Legal Resources, Covering As A Minimum: 1. Up To Date Legislation And Statutory Instruments And Linked Case Law References And Commentary; 2. Comprehensive Databases Of Uk And Eu Case Law; 3. Encyclopaedias, Commentary, Journals And Practice Guides In The Following Areas: (a) Procurement And Contracts; (b) Administrative And Public Law; (c) Civil Procedure, Including Judicial Review; (d) Access To Information, Particularly: Freedom Of Information, Data Protection, Gdpr And Official Secrets; (e) Employment Law; And 4. Comprehensive Precedent Documents. The Ssro Is Also Seeking Pricing For The Following Additional Services (or Equivalents), Which It May Purchase At Its Sole Discretion - 5. Law Of Public And Utilities Procurement, Volume 1 (3rd Edition), Arrowsmith; 6. Chitty On Contracts, Volume 1 (33rd Edition), Beale; And/or 7. Public Procurement Law Review. The Service Should Meet The Following Requirements: • Resources Must Be Updated Promptly To Reflect Developments In The Law; • Resources Must Be Available 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, 365 A Year, Subject To A Minimum Level Of Disruption Which The Bidder Should Specify In The Tender. • Resources Must Be Available For Two Concurrent Users.

The Defence Reform Act 2014 Established The Single Source Regulations Office ("ssro") As An Independent Regulator Of The Uk Government's Procurement Of Single Source Military Equipment And Services. The Ssro Is The Custodian Of The Single Source Procurement Framework And Has Several Functions Under The Act And The Single Source Contract Regulations 2014. The Ssro Is Seeking To Appoint A Supplier To Provide Expert Advice On Both Organisational Structure And Remuneration Assistance Within The Ssro.

The Ssro Is Seeking To Appoint An External Organisation To Undertake Its Stakeholder Survey And Produce A Report Setting Out The Analysed And Benchmarked Results With Commentary. The Contract Is Expected To Commence On 8 November 2021 With The Survey Taking Place Between January And March 2022, And The Final Report Presented To The Ssro In April 2022.
