The building was constructed in 2001. The building contains, among other things, the mechanical pre-cleaning and the operating room for blowers, measurement and control technology. Both areas are separated from each other by a central wall. This wall and adjacent parts of the external walls show clear moisture damage. To eliminate this damage, a permanent solution to the rising damp and appropriate renovation must be carried out. Zowa prefers the injection method to seal the building in accordance with DIN 1895. A corresponding report is included in the tender documents.
