However, The Ipophl May, Depending On The Requirement Of The Service, Request To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of The Hired Personnel Of The Service Agency Within A Specified Period Provided Due Written Notice Thereof Is Served Upon The Service Agency, In Which Case, A Corresponding Contract Price Adjustment Shall Be Made When Number Of Agreed Working Man Hours Are Exceeded; 8. The Service Agency Shall Make Available, At All Times, Relievers And/or Replacements, To Ensure Continuous Service In Case Of Absences And To Exercise The Necessary Supervision Over The Work Of Its Personnel; 9. The Service Agency Shall Warrant The Honesty, Reliability, Industry And Cooperative Disposition Of The Person It Employs To Perform The Job And Shall Employ Persons Who Have In Their Possession Health Certificates And Police Clearances, And Only After They Have Been Carefully Screened And Sufficiently Trained; 10. The Service Agency Shall Answer Directly To The Ipophl For The Cost Of Any Damage To Or Loss Of The Ipophl' Property, Or Those For Which The Ipophl May Be Held Responsible, Through The Negligence Or Dishonesty Of Its Personnel Who Shall Submit Themselves To Search By The Security Guards Of The Ipophl Before Entering And Leaving The Premises; 11. There Shall Be No Employer-employee Relationship Between The Service Agency And Its Employees On One Hand And The Ipophl On The Other Hand; 12. The Service Agency Shall Have The Exclusive Control And Supervision Over The Work Agreed Upon Given Suggestions From Ipophl With Respect To The Manner Of Rendering The Services; 13. The Ipophl Shall In No Manner Be Answerable Or Accountable For Any Accident Or Injury Of Any Kind, Or Death Which May Occur To Any Employee Of The Service Agency During The Time And Consequent To The Performance Of Their Work. 14.
