Since It Is A Yard Similar Rails Are Lying Nearby Lot And Under Lot Formation. Care Should Be Taken That The Same Is Not Delivered. The Quantity And R/m Is To Be Delivered As Per D.o. And Measurement Of Rails As Mentioned In Ss-11 Only. Delivery Involves Lifting Of Rails By Manually Upto 25 Metres And Crossing Of Two Lines Break Siding And Ballast Siding Line. The Purchaser Shall Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Any Other Railway Property/facility/equipments Whether Due To His Negligence Or Otherwise And Safety Of His Labours And Other Staff In Railway Premises During The Process Of Cutting And Loading Of Rails. Purchaser Has To Personally Visit The Site With Regard To Loading Point, Size Of Truck/hydra Entry Through Station Road/market Place And Through Ballast Siding. No Claim Will Be Entertained After Sale Of Lot.
