Materials To Be Sold "as Is Where Is Basis" (by Lot Only). Bricks Content In Nos. (approx) 28.80 Cum (10368 Nos.), Ferrous Qty For Column Part (approx) 5549.91 Kgs, Wooden Frame Work Qty (approx) 7.15 Cum (6400 Kgs), Non Ferrous Qty (aluminium Work Approx) 56.20 Sqm (151.74 Kgs), Special Condition:- (i) Materials To Be Sold "as Is Where Is Basis". Cutting And Dismantling Will Be Allowed Up To The Ground Level. (ii) No Explosives Can Be Used For Demolishing. (iii) Purchaser Has To Inspect The Lot Before Bidding And Should Satisfy Himself About Condition And Content Of The Lot As It Is Sold On "as Is Where Is Basis" No Refund Claim Will Be Entertained Under Any Circumstances.
