The task is to develop a concept that serves as the basis for the structural renovation and expansion of the central vocational school center in Darmstadt. In the so-called preparatory performance phase 0, all the basic information required for a tender for the award of the planning services is to be determined. This includes an inventory analysis, the spatial and material requirements assessment, and the overall concept resulting from this. The aim is a clearly formulated task and the presentation of all spatial-functional needs and educational requirements, including the distribution of the professional fields between the two centers in the middle and north.
