The Carl Götze School is a three- to four-class, part-time primary school. It consists of two-story teaching and administrative buildings with a total of 4,792 m² on a 17,816 m² plot. On the southern part there is a single-field sports hall (1961) designed by Paul Seitz with 625 m² for physical education lessons. The wider area is characterized by single and multi-family houses, terraced houses and small residential complexes. Due to the realization of the neighboring new building district on Tapenbek-ufer, large population growth can be expected for Groß-borstel. As a result of this, the number of students will also change and additional rooms have been commissioned by the Bsb for a 5-grade school. A new building with approx. 1,966 m² of space has already been built. It houses classrooms, administration and the new cafeteria. Furthermore, a new building with approx. 1,940 m² nof is to be built, in which several functions are to be accommodated: a hall with two sports fields and side rooms according to Din 18032 with additional exercise space (approx. 1,460 m² nof) and a daycare center (approx. 460 m² nof ). The building will have 1-2 floors and will have a green roof. In addition to the buildings, the tree population characterizes the location. There are trees worth protecting that need to be protected during the work being carried out. To clear the construction site, a parking lot must be relocated and an underground bunker must be demolished. Here: Gala-bau A parking lot with 12 parking spaces and access is to be built. Driveways and parking spaces are made of grass joint paving. Two treads without lawn joints are barrier-free. The existing parking lot access will be retained in its old position and width, but will be newly paved and raised in height by 10-12 cm and also made of lawn joint paving. The new route of the access road leading to the west runs over the root area and between the trunks of two deciduous trees that are to be preserved and is partially designed as a root bridge. The construction site is characterized by old trees that need to be protected. The adjacent administration building and hedge are listed buildings. At the beginning of the measure, 19 deciduous trees have to be felled and bushes have to be cleared. The felling and clearing work must be carried out immediately after the order has been placed and must be completed within the felling time by the end of February 2024! Felling work (19 trees), clearing of undergrowth approx. 300 m², paving work approx. 310 m², of which 260 m² concrete paving, lawn joint, root bridges approx. 40 m³, planting work (2 trees, lawn and ground cover)
