The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each of value not less than Rs 175.19 lakh - Two similar works each of value not less than Rs 262.78 lakh - One similar work of value not less than Rs 350.38 lakh These works should have been completed in the last 7 years, and the value of executed work shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder is required to have prior work experience in specialized items of works such as water proofing and other specialized items, with the following criteria: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost for the concerned sub-head. - Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost for the concerned sub-head. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost for the concerned sub-head. Note that the Technical Representative(s) should have a minimum experience of 2 years for Graduate Engineers or 5 years for Diploma Engineers in Civil Engineering.
