The bidder should also provide information on the quantities of work executed, including earthwork and concrete works, in the last five years. The bidder should have completed at least 25% of the value of similar works in the last five years. The annual turnover certificate should certify the gross annual turnover of the bidder from construction activities for the last five financial years, with a threshold limit for pre-qualification criteria above Rs. 7.5 crores for water resources department works, above Rs. 7.0 crores for roads, building, and bridge works, and above Rs. 0.5 crores for electrical works. The bidder is also required to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should provide an affidavit and undertaking, stating that they have not abandoned any work or had any contract rescinded in the last five years.
