Salo City Spa Services (customer) Requests Bids for Property Maintenance Services for the Years 2024-2025 According to this Request for Bids and its Appendices. The goal is for the contract period to begin on August 1, 2024, but the contract period to end on December 31, 2025. In addition, the Subscriber reserves the opportunity for a one-year option period, i.e. for the year 2026. The option means the opportunity to continue the contract under the original terms. The Subscriber Decides on Option Use and Duration Separately. The procurement will be carried out for Sub-areas 1-4 as a framework arrangement, the operating model of which is described in the Contract Procedure section of the Request for Tenders. For 5-6 parts of the sub-areas, it is a monthly service that is needed continuously.

Moisio Koulu's public spaces fluorescent lamps are being replaced with LED lamps and the site is located at Uskelankatu 13, Salo.
