Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (rcmp) Requires A Firm Quantity Of 1,500 Suspenders, Duty Belt. The Contract Will Also Include Three (3) Option Quantity Of 1,000 Suspenders, Duty Belt, Which Can Be Exercised Within 24, 36 And 48 Months Of Contract Award, Respectively. The Requirement Is Conditionally Limited To Canadian Goods In Accordance With Article 503.4 (a) Of The Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Canadian Good: A Good Wholly Manufactured Or Originating In Canada Is Considered A Canadian Good. A Product Containing Imported Components May Also Be Considered Canadian For The Purpose Of This Policy When It Has Undergone Sufficient Change In Canada, In A Manner That Satisfies The Definition Specified Under The Canada-united States-mexico Agreement (cusma) Rules Of Origin. For The Purposes Of This Determination, The Reference In The Cusma Rules Of Origin To "territory Of One Or More Of The Parties" Is To Be Replaced With "canada". The Proposed Procurement Will Occur In Two Phases. Phase 1 Is An Expression Of Interest By The Interested Bidders. Phase 2 Is The Solicitation With The Specific Details Of The Requirement.
