The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Managers with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a BE in Civil engineering. - Civil Engineers with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a BE in Civil engineering. - Site Engineers with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a BE or Diploma in engineering. - IT personnel with a minimum of 2 years of experience. - Diploma holders in Civil engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The bidder is required to submit details of similar works completed, including the amount and percentage of work done. The specific requirements for similar works are as follows: - One work of estimated amount of the tender called with not less than 80% completion. - Two works whose cost-wise work should not be less than 50% of the estimated amount of the tender called. - Three works whose cost-wise work should not be less than 40% of the estimated amount of the tender called. The bidder should provide details of the work, including the name of the work, the organization for whom the work was done, the place and country, agreement number and date, date of commencement, tendered cost, total cost, actual date of completion, and any remarks. The time period for considering similar work experience is from 2020-21 to 2024-25.
