It Will Be Permitted To Bid In All Or Individual Atc Drug Categories Of Closed Tenders. The Buyer Reserves The Right To Negotiate With One Or More Vaccine Manufacturers For Each Vaccine Category. The Buyer Reserves The Right To Purchase, Due To Special Circumstances, Up To 10% Of The Used Amount Of Vaccine Outside The Contract. The Right To Reject All Offers For A Specific Section If The Vaccine Turns Out To Be Much More Expensive Than The Budget Allows Is Also Reserved..
