Future Tenders (infrastructre & Civil Projects) Ps Tender Description: Construction Of New Hazardous Waste Storage Facility At Qatarenergy Refinery, Mesaieed. The Works For The Proposed Facility Shall Generally Comprise Of The Following: A) ,,waste Storage Yards: Two Covered Shaded Storage Area Structures Main & Secondary Buildings. Two Open Unshaded Storage Areas. The Planned Storage Requirements For The Shaded Area And Unshaded Areas Of Storage Are As Follows: Unshaded Storage Areas: 5900 Sqm - Concrete Laydown Open Area (opposite Main Storage Building) 2000 Sqm - Open Area (lower End Of Site) For Uncontaminated Storage Shaded Storage Areas: 7175 Sqm - Main Storage Building Roof Area / 4860 Sqm Floor Storage Area. 721 Sqm - Secondary Storage Building Roof Area / 301 Sqm Floor Storage Area. All With Associated Building Utility Services Such As Drainage, Fire Sprinkers, Lighting Etc. B) Associated Infrastructure Works For The Facility Such As Storm Drainage, Roads, Lighting, Paving And Hard Landscaping. C)electrical And Instrumentation Cabling To Connect To The Existing Facilities Inside Of Mesaieed Refinery. D)fire Water Pipeline From Refinery Serving Into The New Storage Facility With Associated Hydrants And Valve Chambers. E)an Elevated Loading Bay With Ramped Access . F)one Rest And Amenity Building For Personnel Including Pantry , Washroom ,office Area And Electrical Room. G)new Fence, Security, And Emergency Gates, Including Removal Of The Existing Fence And Gates. H) Upgrade Of Existing Track Road Between Mesaieed Refinery And The Waste Storage Facility With An Asphalt Track Road And Other Associated Upgrades.
