The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing eligible similar nature of works during the last seven years. The bidder should have experience in similar class of work, with specific requirements including: - Three similar works each costing not less than 25% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs.4,24,74,444.00). - OR, two similar works each costing not less than 45% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs.7,64,54,000.00). - OR, one similar work costing not less than 65% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs.11,04,33,555.00). The value of the similar works completed should be at least Rs. 16,98,97,778, and the bidder should meet the bidding capacity requirement. The bidder's experience in eligible similar works is evaluated based on the details furnished in Form "C" and performance reports in Form "D". For specialized works, the bidder should have completed similar works with specific values, such as: - For "SITC of Fire fighting system", a similar work of value not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost. - For "SITC of Lifts", the bidder has three options to meet the eligibility criteria: i. Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. ii. Two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost. iii. One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have a minimum turnover in construction works, and their bidding capacity should be calculated based on their turnover and existing commitments. The bidder's performance in terms of quality of work and time over run will be assessed, and their solvency, financial arrangements, and net worth will be evaluated.
