The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar class of work, which includes Construction of Non Residential/Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a multistorey RCC framed structure having minimum Five Storeys, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Fire fighting, Lifts and Centralized HVAC all composite executed under one project. The required prior work experience can be demonstrated by: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 188,42,22,789.00 (40% of the estimated cost) - Or, two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 235,52,78,486.00 (50% of the estimated cost) - Or, one similar work costing not less than Rs. 376,84,45,578.00 (80% of the estimated cost) Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed (at least 90%) of a hospital project under Govt/ State Govt organization project/ PSU of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project in the North East region during the last 7 years. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 471,05,56,972.00, so the value of the similar work completed should be at least 40% of this amount, which is Rs. 188,422,278.88. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 235,52,78,486.00 (50% of the estimated cost) on construction works during the last three consecutive years. The similar work should have a minimum 80% progress (value wise) achieved till the date of submission of the bid. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work assigns a maximum of 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between.
